a route that can be used by pedestrians, wheelchairs, cyclists, etc,  (i.e. passengers who are not in a transport vehicle) to access or transfer between two places / or transport access points.<br/>NOTE: In Transmodel, a NAVIGATION PATH made up of discrete PATH LINKs.<br/><br/>
