font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #292929; text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">overlap with Transmodel or&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">have additional features which may constitute enhancements of Transmodel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The harmonisation work concerned the comparison and analysis of other standards or specifications with Transmodel over a period of time, with either&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #292929; text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">resulting in modifications, being integrated into a number of different areas of Transmodel or&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">proposals (elaborated with the standardisation groups in a revision period of the other standard) aiming at modifications of the other standard to gain compatibility with Transmodel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Examples of the integration into Transmodel of new requirements originating from other standards is presented in the paper \u201c<a style=\"font-size: 15px;\" href=\"https:\/\/transmodel-cen.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/StandardsHarmonisation-2019-njsk-v1.0-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Transmodel Standards Harmonisation<\/a>\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The process&nbsp; of harmonisation is in most cases preceded by a comparison (mapping) described in&nbsp;<a style=\"font-size: 15px;\" href=\"https:\/\/transmodel-cen.eu\/index.php\/standards-comparison\/\">Comparison<\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a style=\"font-size: 15px;\" href=\"https:\/\/transmodel-cen.eu\/index.php\/conformity\/\">Conformity<\/a>&nbsp;check.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To sum up:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In view of a harmonisation as in (1) above the following actions are undertaken:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #292929; text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Revision of terminology,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Identification of new specific functional enhancements,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Extensions of Transmodel (new model parts) to incorporate the additional requirements without loss of compatibility with the existing model.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In view of a harmonisation as in (2) above the following is undertaken:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #292929; text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px; list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Identification of submodels (of both models) covering an equivalent functional scope,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Mapping of terminology and semantics of the different concepts,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Proposals addressed to the other standard\/specification of a modified semantically equivalent submodel model (often without changes of terminology).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Standards harmonisation The \u201charmonisation process\u201d in the context of Transmodel involves other standards or specifications which either:&nbsp;&nbsp;
